Ticket price for admission to the tour is $20.00. A convenience fee of $3 per ticket will be added to your total purchase price at check out.
The tour will begin and end at the concierge desk on the top floor of Spruce Camp Base Lodge at Spruce Peak, Stowe Mountain Resort. The desk is directly inside the front entrance across from the Sunny Spruce Quad lift. Print your ticket and present to the Host at the HGTV Dream Home 2011 for admittance to the tour. Please arrive a half-hour before the tour is scheduled to begin and be prepared to walk outside in winter conditions.
Parking is available at the Spruce Peak or Mount Mansfield lots. From the Mansfield lot, please take the free 90-second ride on the Over Easy Transfer Gondola to the Spruce Camp Base Lodge.
Net proceeds from the tour benefit Mt. Mansfield Winter Academy, a private, independent school providing a quality academic program for student-athletes competing in winter sports at the elite level.
Children 3 and under are admitted at no charge and must be carried by a parent or adult caregiver.

Restrictions
• All tour visitors are required to wear shoe coverings, which will be provided at the tour.
• Tours have limited handicapped accessibility and there is no elevator access within the home.
• Strollers are not allowed in the HGTV Dream Home 2011.
• No high-heeled shoes are allowed in the home.
• No smoking, food or beverages will be allowed in the HGTV Dream Home 2011.
• Please do not sit on any furniture in the HGTV Dream Home 2011.
• Please do not touch any items in the HGTV Dream Home 2011.
• There are no public restrooms in the HGTV Dream Home 2011.
• Photos are allowed.
• HGTV reserves the right to cancel a tour at anytime without notice. In the event HGTV cancels a tour, ticket holders will be notified by phone or email and subject to availability, may rebook another tour date and time. Ticket is not transferable or refundable, except in the case of a tour cancellation by HGTV.
• Please retain your ticket as your receipt for your donation in the amount of $20 to Mt. Mansfield Winter Academy. No goods or services were received in return for your contribution. Your donation is tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.
